Shipping Policy:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7-8 business days after payment confirmation. Handmade products take time to prepare. 

Shipping Duration: Once processed, your order will be shipped and will typically arrive within 3-6 business days in transit, depending on your location. There could be some delays in transit during festive times of which our store won’t be liable and no refunds will be offered for the same. 

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: In the rare event of lost or delayed shipments, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will assist in tracking or resolving the issue promptly. There could be some delays in transit during festive times of which our store won’t be liable and no refunds will be offered for the same. 

By placing an order with House of Aura, you agree to comply with our shipping policy.

Return & Refund Policy:

At House of Aura, we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to the nature of our products.

No Returns: As our candles are specially handcrafted for each order, we do not accept returns. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

No Refunds: Refunds are not provided once an order has been received and processed.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a video while unboxing the item.
  2. Share the video on Instagram by tagging us @houseofaura_candles and sending a direct message.
  3. Include a description of the issue, and we will review the situation and offer a replacement for the defective item.
